This qualified individual will proactively sell all lines of JFS product to current and prospective customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism, positivity and communication.

Consistent market feedback and collaboration with Sales Manager to further develop and expand the territory, while delivering prompt service and support is essential. Familiarity with selling nursery stock, residing in the territory and experience traveling to visit clients on a regular basis is required.

We are in search of a special person to assist our Marketing Director in developing, directing and coordinating activities related to marketing, advertising, social media and public relations.
The ideal candidate will have strong writing, proofreading, editing, and storytelling skills, and a working knowledge of horticultural terms and practices. Experience in horticulture, arboriculture or a related green industry field is a plus, as is the ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred, with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a communications-related field. Must have a valid and insurable driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Full-time position is on-site, with some travel anticipated as experience is gained.

Join our team as an Inventory/Shipping Assistant, supporting both indoor and outdoor operations across multiple locations. In this role, you will:
- Process and organize shipping paperwork for loading crews.
- Verify order completeness and highlight important shipping details.
- Maintain inventory information in software
- Perform tree counts and assist with grading estimates as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) plus 1–2 years of general office or inventory experience.
- Proficiency with standard office software and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.

We are looking for a Pesticide Spray Supervisor for our tree nursery farm in Canby, OR. This position is responsible for controlling pest populations through scouting, anticipating pest pressure, and overseeing preventative pesticide applications and related activities. Includes supervision and training of workers safe working practices around chemicals and equipment hazards. Must be organized, proactive, and proficient in working maintenance and operation of all tractors, sprayers, and other equipment used in pest management. Responsible for compliance with the Worker Protection Standard, record keeping, and licensing according to government agencies and Company policies.
Requires 2-year technical degree in a Science or related field plus a minimum of 1-year’s experience in an industry which requires pesticide applications. Extensive experience in the nursery industry can substitute for degree. Required to have Pesticide license or ability to obtain a license within one month of employment. Opportunities for advancement. Wages are DOE along with a great benefits package.
We are seeking nursery workers for our Boring, Canby, and Milton Freewater, Oregon area farms. Job duties would include all aspects of growing and harvesting deciduous shade and flowering trees. This job requires the ability to stoop, bend, twist, and crouch for prolonged periods of time in fields; requires standing/walking for 8-10 hours; and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds over uneven, muddy ground.
