A white-fleshed, flat-shaped variety known for its unique donut-like form and exceptionally sweet, low-acid flavor. Saturn’s fruit is medium sized with a reddish blush over pale skin and is especially popular for fresh eating. It is self-fertile and ripens in early to mid-summer, offering an early harvest with excellent quality. They require approximately 400 to 500 chilling hours.
