A feast for the eye as well as for eating, the bright yellow skin of Fantasia is overlaid with approximately 75 percent red blush. Large oval fruits are freestone with smooth firm flesh and tart/sweet taste. Fruits left on the tree for later harvest are sweet and juicy with rich flavor.
