Sold in stores as “Dinosaur Egg<sup>®</sup>,” the large, firm fruits of this interspecific hybrid of plum and apricot offer spicy, plum-apricot flavor and a good acid to sugar balance (17 ºBrix). Its distinctive skin color is pale green to yellow with red mottling. Take a bite to discover creamy pink, delicious flesh inside.
