A graduate of Oregon State University (history), Colleen spent several years working for a geospatial software company in Corvallis, Oregon. A big fan of gardening and looking to expand her plant knowledge, she joined Northwest Shade Trees in 2018 to learn more about trees and spend more time working outside.  She loves helping customers find the right trees for their needs, and making sure the ordering process goes smoothly from start to finish.  When away from work and her garden, Colleen enjoys writing, rockhounding, building, crafting, and participating in history-themed camping events.
